1. Standard Shipping Costs

To simplify the processing of your order, we offer flat Shipping & Handling fees for all orders whether placed online, by phone or mail.

Shipping within the USA
Your order will be shipped from our St. Pete Beach, Florida location by UPS Ground or US Mail.
Orders up to $75.00 require shipping charge of $6.95.
Orders $75.00 or more receive FREE shipping.
For larger items that require special care or packaging the cost varies.

2. Shipping charges apply for any order consisting Natural Collagen products – $9.95.

Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. Each Natural Collagen product is being shipped from Poland to insure the highest quality of the product by EMS.

GENERAL RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Our main goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that purchasing fashion items online is a different experience than being able to see the item in a store. We are pleased to offer a liberal and simple return and exchange policy for our customers.

As a result, ALL OF OUR ITEMS ARE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF YOUR RECEIPT and WE DO NOT CHARGE RESTOCKING FEES. The merchandise must be unused, in it’s original manufacturer’s packaging and be accompanied by all tags (which must be kept intact), authenticity cards and dust bags.

REFUNDS:

Your purchase price will be paid back in full less shipping charges. The returned item will be inspected and credited to the initial payment method within 72 hours of receipt. A confirmation will be sent via email once the return has been processed. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.

RETURNS:

To initiate a return, please contact us by email at CustomerService@ElizabethsBoutiques.com to request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number prior to returning an order.

Please provide the first and last name of the person the order was placed by or the order number. Secondly, the reason for return ( if you simply have changed your mind – that is not a problem). A request for a RMA code must be made and the item returned within 10 days. A tracking number and insurance on the shipment is highly recommended; we cannot be responsible for lost packages.

We have made our return process as easy as possible for our customers. Simply supply a slip of paper inside your return package with the following information – the original invoice is not necessary:

EXCHANGES:

are gladly accepted. We do not charge extra to exchange your item and shipping of your new item is FREE IN THE US. Your credit card on file will be credited for the purchase price of the original item and charged for the purchase of the new item. If your new item is no longer available, we will issue you a refund.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

Although rare, designer items can be defective. Each item is inspected prior to shipping to eliminate inconvenience and disappointment to our customers. However, please inspect your item immediately upon receipt. We will exchange the product for the same product at no charge within the 10 day return policy. Any item that is returned outside of our return policy may not be eligible for exchange/ refund.

What does “Compare at” mean?

The “Compare at” price is the retail price at which an item or comparable item may, in the reasonable judgment of our experienced buyers, be sold on an everyday basis (i.e. excluding special promotions or sales) at retail stores. In the case of factory serviced items, the “Compare at” price reflects the retail price of that item, if new.

You may wish to use the “Compare at” price as a guide in your evaluation of our prices. Because we sell our merchandise over the internet on a national basis, it is not possible to know if our merchandise is sold at the “Compare at” price in any particular location or at any particular time. Comparative prices may be used as an approximate guide as to what you would or could have paid elsewhere.
